RULES OF BNI

Focused Networking Is BNI’s Ethos

BNI is built on a focused networking model. Weekly meetings are held where each chapter member makes a brief, 60-second elevator pitch to the rest of the group. Members are encouraged to ask for a specific referral so that other members can connect them to the ideal partner.

The networking doesn’t stop at the weekly meetings, however. Members are asked to have at least one “one-to-one” and one Continuing Education Unit (CEU) per week. This allows members to build stronger connections with the other people in the group and continue to learn about the BNI process.
